Nova Health — AI Care Platform
We partnered with Nova Health to translate complex care coordination into a calm, confident experience. The product needed to feel trustworthy for clinicians while remaining approachable for patients.
What we delivered
- Rebuilt the design system with accessible color ramps, motion, and microcopy to reduce cognitive load.
- Mapped clinician and patient journeys, then prototyped task flows that removed redundant steps by ~30%.
- Introduced AI prompts directly into workflows so staff could summarize charts or draft outreach in one click.
